On December 27, 2007, Publicis Groupe S.A. was informed of the termination of the listing of its shares on the New York Stock Exchange. This removal from public listing followed the Company's September 17, 2007, request to US market authorities to end the listing of Publicis Groupe S.A. shares on the New York Stock Exchange in the form of American Depositary Receipt with parity of one ADR for one Publicis share). Transactions rarely exceeded an annual average of 1% of all shares comprising the Company's share capital. The shares can also be traded on the OTC market—“Pink Sheets” (unlisted) in New York (ticker: PUBGY).
